As 2022 comes to an end I would like to thank you for making this a monumental year!
Your continued support has allowed us to help more practices fill key positions and more dental professionals find the work/life balance they previously thought unattainable. There are so many amazing things about these results but one of the most important is that even more patients are receiving the care they need.
We continue to make good on our mission to care for those who care for others and that is something we all feel deeply passionate about. In Q4 alone onDiem paid over $100,000 in bonuses to onDiem professionals. The bonuses were an extension of our ground-breaking PTO program. We also launched our Brand Ambassador Program, a program that supports Dental Hygienists interested in earning residual income for helping to bring onDiem to their local communities. Finally in 2022, onDiem formed numerous partnerships with key industry leaders allowing us to reach new audiences and sponsor key events bringing even more awareness to the incredible work the onDiem team is doing every day. This work will continue in 2023 with some groundbreaking new functionality, initiatives that further our work and even more strategic partnerships. Stay tuned!
