Each time a dental practice signs up for onDiem’s subscription plan using your unique link, you’ll receive a commission on that sale. With each additional month the practice remains on the plan and pays for it, you’ll receive another commission.

Pro tip: Brand Ambassadors who take temp shifts at dental practices they refer benefit in two ways. 

1. They earn income from the shift as an onDiem employee.They also continue to accrue time towards their PTO benefit.
2. They earn a substantially higher commission on that subscription payment the following month, just for having worked.

The more you work, the happier the practice is with the service, the longer they stay on the subscription plan and the longer you receive a commission. It’s a win-win for everyone.

Each time a dental hygienist signs up for a free onDiem professional account using your personal code, you’ll receive a commission. You’ll receive another commission on that same dental hygienist referral once that professional works her or his first temp shift through our platform.

When you sign up to become a Brand Ambassador, we’ll ask you to enter your bank account information into a special Stripe account that will be used to pay your commissions. Commissions will be paid via direct deposit on the 15th of each month for commissions earned the month prior.

All Brand Ambassador activities will be considered contract work and subject to all local, state, and federal laws that apply to independent contractors (1099).

Yes! While you’re working temporary shifts that you book through our platform, you’ll be considered a W-2 employee of onDiem’s. You’ll continue to be paid the same way you are today for those shifts, and the same benefits will apply.

While you’re performing Brand Ambassador duties for onDiem Marketing, you’ll be considered an independent contractor.

Eligibility to register for and participate in the program, including opportunities to share a personalized code, and earn compensation for referred business, is open only to dental hygienists who are legal residents of the United States, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation, who are current on all state and federal professional employment requirements, and who are legally able to accept work in their current professional role.

To remain eligible to participate in the program:

• Maintain your status as an active onDiem temporary employee, able to accept work in your established role through the platform
• Work a minimum of one shift every six months
• Agree to and abide by all terms and conditions for the program as outlined on the Brand Ambassador Terms & Conditions

You bet. To support your efforts to refer new business to onDiem and earn commissions, we will ask you to participate in certain promotional activities, such as posting about onDiem on social media, and tagging and/or mentioning onDiem in those posts, or other posts that you create in your social media accounts.

We’ll provide training, along with other information and materials that you can use to make the process easy.

There is no cost to participate in the program. We created the Brand Ambassador program because we know onDiem professionals are passionate about what they do. Spread the word. Earn income on your terms, working when you want to work. That’s it. If you find you need a break, that’s fine too.
