Dental Hygienist Needed In EVERETT, WA on January 14, 2025

Requirements:

·       Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license in Washington

·       Current CPR certification

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·       Commitment to providing high-quality, thorough dental care

Responsibilities:

·       Ability to educate patients on the importance of oral hygiene, with effective instruction and demonstrations

·       Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and root planing as needed

·       Conduct initial patient screenings and review dental/medical histories

·       Take and interpret dental radiographs (X-rays)

·       Educate patients on effective oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and lifestyle choices that impact oral health

·       Apply preventive materials such as fluoride and sealants as needed

·       Assess and document patients oral health status and update treatment plans

·       Maintain a clean and organized operatory, following OSHA and infection control protocols

·       Collaborate with the dentist and other team members to ensure high-quality patient care

·       Provide a positive and compassionate patient experience, addressing questions or concerns
