The job description is for a full-time Dental Assistant position in a privately owned, specialty dental practice located in Cumming. Our purpose is to raise the standard of care for our patients through the complete health model that addresses the oral systemic health connection. We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, dependable, and patient-centered dental assistant to complement our dedicated team in serving our patients and assisting our doctors in an array of procedures.
*The dental practice operates Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with 1 hour lunch break, and on Friday from 8:00 AM to 3 PM. Tuesdays the office is closed.
· Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience as an expanded duties dental assistant.
· Must have experience in restorative as well as periodontal and oral surgery procedures.
· Dental Radiation Technology Certification (required).
· Expanded Duties Certification (required).
· CPR Certification (required).
· Desire to work as a productive team member.
· Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
· At least 3-5 years of chair-side dental assisting.
· Dentrix: 1 year (Preferred)
