We are seeking a talented dental hygienist to join our team. While excellent patient care is essential we’re also looking for the right personality to join! We are seeking a passionate and personable Dental Hygienist who thrives in a collaborative environment and believes in making every patient feel valued and informed. While clinical skills are essential, we prioritize finding someone with the right personality—someone who is friendly, empathetic, and able to build rapport with patients.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the evaluation of patients oral health and provide accurate documentation

  • Ability to perform various cleaning types (e.g. prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, full mouth debridement, SRP etc.) and periodontal assessments

  • Assist patient understanding in our doctors diagnosis and the patients proposed treatment options

  • Apply preventive materials, such as sealants and fluoride treatments

  • Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and health maintenance

  • Take dental X-rays, and digital impressions ensuring safety protocols are followed

  • Maintain infection control protocols and sterilize dental instruments

  • Schedule patient appointments and manage patient records

  • Monitor supply levels & contribute to restocking hygiene rooms

  • Stay updated on the latest dental practices and technologies through continuing education

Position Qualifications:

  • Accredited Hygiene Technical School or College

  • Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)

  • Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, local certified anesthesia
