We are currently seeking a skilled and friendly Dental Hygienist to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will cover for PTO and assist in providing high-quality dental care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting oral health assessments, including dental charting and taking dental X-rays.
Cleaning and polishing teeth to remove plaque and stains.
Applying preventive materials such as fluoride and sealants.
Educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, including brushing, flossing, and nutritional counseling.
Maintaining patient dental records and documenting treatment plans.
Ensuring strict compliance with infection control protocols.
Working closely with the dentist to provide care and treatment recommendations.
Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of Pennsylvania
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of dental software and digital radiography.
Strong commitment to patient care and comfort.
