Our office is looking for a great team player hygienist to help us take care of our waiting list of patients that need hygiene. We could use a temp that could possibly join our team on a full or part-time basis. You will be working in a very nice setting with a really great team. As a hygienist at the practice you will have 50 minutes per patient and see 8-10 patients per day. We use Dentrix Ascend and have multiple locations if you are looking for full-time. · Screening patients during checkups
· Reviewing a patient’s dental history
· Recommending care to improve a patient’s oral health
· Co-diagnosing with the doctor
· Teaching patients about proper teeth cleaning techniques
· Performing preventive dental care
· Applying fluoride treatments
· Taking x-rays and reviewing them for signs of dental diseases
· Delivering Anesthetic
· Diagnosing and treating periodontal disease
