Our team at New Smiles is looking for an enthusiastic dental assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a full time position, working Monday-Thursday, for 4 months during a maternity leave. We are part of an inspiring 4-doctor private practice dedicated to high quality and high integrity. (Not a corporate practice). You will assist in providing direct patient care including cosmetics, general dentistry, full mouth reconstruction, implant placement and restoration, crown and bridge, root canal therapy, bone and tissue grafting, surgical and non-surgical extractions. We use Dentrix software and incorporate CEREC, iTero, Cone Beam CT, digital x-rays, lasers, CariFree products, intraoral cameras, STA injections, movie glasses, and radios for intra-office communication. Our team is made up of 4 dentists, 9 hygienists, 8 assistants, 5 front office coordinators, and a full-time sterilizer. You will be part of a strong amazing team.
We would prefer an expanded function dental assistant with at least 1 year of experience, proficient at CEREC scanning and design, but most importantly we prefer a great team player with healthy interpersonal skills, capable and eager to learn and gain new skills.
