dental hygienist needed in MOLALLA, OR starting April 03, 2025

We are truly looking for adding some additional days a week to best provide best patient care. Our goal is to get our patients in for their routine cleanings in a timely manner. We are looking for someone who is passionate about this position and opportunity. We provide assistant support throughout each appointment, with sterile, flipping rooms, and checkouts with prebooking next appointments. We currently have a full time hygienist and another additional support hygienist 2 days a week. We are looking at adding an additional hygienist 1 -3 days a week. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

v  Dental Hygienist Provider

v  Standard of care for patients oral health

v  Documentation for meeting standard of care for each patient

v  Chart Reviews completed for each patient prior to your day, and bring to the morning huddle

v  Auditing your patients for being current on the following, HH, BP, EO progress, Pending TX progress, and new TX diagnosed by the dentist.

v  Facilitating treatment with communicating to your patient with their personal journey with their dental care.

v  Partnering with the dentist to provide urgency, value, and strong beliefs in your patients over all care.

v  Preparing your dentist for completing the patient’s exam that you have started prior to the dentist entering the room.

v  3 to 5 min checkout after dentist completes your patient’s exams.

 v  Finalize completing patients checkout with your doctors treatment coordinator by having your patients treatment plan organized, set complete to your procedures completed in today’s appointment, prepare your patients with informing them with informing them of how it will look with completing their appointment today, their next appointments, and preparation for dismissal with your treatment coordinator.

v  Hand off to Treatment Coordinator with what was completed today, what is next, Urgency to why treatment is needed, what is needed, and what will happen if not completed.

v  Preschedule any hygiene appointments with reminding patients of reserved appointment agreement, and timeline of recall interval.

v  Clinical notes completed with meeting standard of care for documentation.
