The position:
We are looking for an experienced Hygienist to fill in on WEDNESDAYS during the month of March and April. The scope of practice would be caring for adults and teenagers for 60 minute hygiene appointments. Our office utilizes two EFDA assistants to cover doctor’s procedures, and help for both doctor and hygiene efficiency: schedule management, room turnover and help with films.
Our office is in downtown Tualatin and we work 7am-4pm with an hour lunch on Monday through Thursday. The reason we have a need for hygiene days is due to an upcoming remodel- we are completely remodeling our office in May! We had to really change our schedule around to coordinate everything, leaving some Wednesdays open for a few months before the big remodel begins. There may be potential opportunity to work Fridays too.
I can confidently say that this is an amazing work environment, we are a family for sure. The most positive and supportive team, it’s awesome. We laugh a lot. We each have a little different flare that we add to the work dynamic, but we are in unison with our positivity and willingness to streamline the patient’s visit to our office. We treat our patients as if they are our own family.
