Our new office is looking for a great team player hygienist to help us grow our office by temping on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and possibly joining our team on a full or part-time basis. You will be working in a very nice setting with a really great team. . As a hygienist at the practice you will have 50 minutes per patient and see 8-10 patients per day. We use Dentrix Ascend and have multiple locations if you are looking for full-time.   • Screening patients during checkups

  • Reviewing a patient’s dental history

  • Recommending care to improve a patient’s oral health

  • Co-diagnosing with the doctor

  • Teaching patients about proper teeth cleaning techniques

  • Performing preventive dental care

  • Applying fluoride treatments

  • Taking x-rays and reviewing them for signs of dental diseases

  • Delivering Anesthetic

  • Diagnosing and treating periodontal disease
