Our friendly and family-oriented general dentistry practice is seeking a registered dental hygienist to aid us with delivering quality patient care. This role could have the potential to turn into a permanent position!
Our hygienists receive an hour for recall patients and 1.5 hours for new patients. Our hygiene department is responsible for patient education, routine prophylaxis, periodontal probing, gingivitis and periodontitis screening, digital radiographs as indicated, intraoral photos as indicated, ZOOM whitening, SRP, fluoride application, and more! Our practice has a very established recall patient pool and a wonderful, energetic team.
Temporary Registered Dental Hygienist should be a hygienist with appropriate accreditation and skills.
-At least one year of experience is preferred
-Anesthesia license is a plus
-Familiarity with Dentrix/Dexis is strongly preferred
-Ability to operate digital sensor and digital charting
-Impeccable infection control protocols
-Necessary Employee Qualities: Punctuality, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, friendly and professional nature
-Ability to treat patients of all ranges, from pediatric to geriatric patients
-Ability to educate patients on any necessary treatment and on homecare
