Conduct initial and periodic patient screenings including but not limited to oral cancer screening, medical history review, etc, perform prophys, non-surgical periodontal treatment, and educate patients on oral health and preventative care while helping dentist decide treatments for teeth or gum diseases.
Have a SC Hygienist License
Current BLS/CPR
Perform prophy , periodontal maintenance
Perform scaling and root planning
Take x-rays
Be able to work with patients of all ages
Give compassionate, gentle dental care
Educate patients on their dental health
Work well independently
Work well with a team
