We′re seeking the best fit for our team and patients after our longest tenured hygienist recently retired. Until we find that person, we have a schedule full of patients in need of excellent care. At All Smiles Northwest, our office is designed with our patients and team in mind. By combining a calm atmosphere with the latest technology, we have created a welcoming environment where we can provide our patients with the level of dental care they deserve. We are looking for a dental hygienist that allows our patients to feel comfortable, secure, and well cared for.
We schedule 60 minute recares, 90-120 minute SRPs, and we identify a "DPC" every day in our morning huddle (DPC: Designated Periocharter.) We have two Drs, 4 assistants, 3 front office and we honor our patients and each others′ time; every patient is started and finished on time. And we have a blast doing it. Role Requirements and Experience
Minimum Qualifications
Current dental hygienist license in (Insert State) and an Associate’s or Bachelor′s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
Experienced hygienists and NEW GRADS are encouraged to apply
Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
Clinical needs as required by office

Prolonged periods sitting and standing
