Gresham Smile Designs is looking for an receptionist with a positive attitude who will make our patients feel welcomed. We are an established practice with a fantastic team and patient base, who is looking for an experienced team member to add to our work family. Hours:
Monday- 6:45am-4pm, Tuesday- 6:45am-5pm, Wednesday- 6:45am-4pm, Thursday- 5:45am-3pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gresham, OR 97030: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Dental office: 1 year (Required)
Qualifications:
- Prior knowledge of dental terminology
- Prior experience working with PPO dental insurance companies
- Dentrix (not required, experience a plus)
- Proficiency in MS office (MS Outlook, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- High School degree
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients
- Excellent attention to detail and follow up
- Monitor and manage a productive schedule
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for our patients
- Accurately enter insurance information into computer software
- Present treatment plans along with financial options as needed
- Assist with collections & accounts receivable
