We′re a busy multi location periodontal practice that is looking for a friendly, motivated and enthusiastic team player to join our growing practice as a surgical dental assistant! Our office places great emphasis in patient care and collaborative team work. Must have RDA license but experience in the dental/surgical field not required as we will train a new/recent graduate.
We are looking for candidates that exhibit the following traits
-Must be able and willing to travel to Cedar Park/Leander, and Austin on a regular basis.
_ Willing to travel to other location on an as needed basis.
-Must be able to work M-F
-Deliver "5-star" customer experience consistently as as individual contributor and team player
-Fun and Positive personality while always looking for ways to improve the office
-Comfortable using and learning new technology
-Exhibit a high level of professionalism and have a strong work ethic.
- Excellent phone skills -Poise and professionalism under stressful conditions
- Must be able to work both independently and cooperatively in team settings.
- Ability to build good rapport with patients, staff, and other dental professionals
- Multi-tasker
-Must always represent the practice in a professional, pleasant, and cooperative manner.
- Minimum one year of dental assistant experience a plus, but not required.
- Experience in front office is a plus.
