Arrive at 7:00a to receive parking permit and be ready for training before 1st patient at 7:30a. Parking in a parking lot. Call practice 952.922.8787 or text/ call Kellie 952-715-7231 for directions. Bring License and CPR certification. Wear scrubs. We are located on 50th and Market/ Halifax in the LA Professional Building on the 2nd floor.  If you have been here before, you can arrive at 7:15a.


Great practice with a supportive team! 50th and France area has lots to offer for lunch options after you are done with your shift. There are also a lot of fun shops in the area. 

Hygienist duties. Our team helps set you up for success! We try to assist with setting up your rooms and turning them over between patients.
