Long Grove Dental Studio is currently looking for experienced Full-time or Part-time Dental Hygienists to join our team. The Dental Hygienist′s primary responsibilities are to provide the patient with a quality hygiene experience that exceeds the industry’s standards of care and service.
Essential Functions:
Provide outstanding customer service for the patient; make the patient the #1 priority; excellent chair side manner.
Excellent skill and understanding of typical Hygienist duties i.e. Patient screening, oral health assessments, dental cleaning and preventative maintenance procedures, dental charting, etc
Lead by example; exercise good teamwork; have mutual respect for team; partner with team to create an exceptional experience for patient.
Perform efficient and accurate procedures to maintain schedule and patient flow; be present, engaged, ready to work at all assigned shift times.
Partner with doctors, hygienists, office leaders and support staff to maintain excellent patient service and integrity within the organization.
Accountability for successful performance of all job functions
Qualifications:
3+ Years of experience as a Dental Hygienist preferred.
Dental Hygienist certification
Must be proficient with Periodontal disease treatment and education, digital X-rays and paperless charting.
Experience with Eaglesoft preferred.
